Revolutionize Sample Preparation with TeraUV

The TeraUV is a cutting-edge cold mounting machine for rapid sample preparation using UV light to cure resins. Simply pour the resin into a transparent mold, place it into the TeraUV, and within 60 seconds, you have a completely cured sample. This process ensures high- quality samples with minimal air bubbles.

Automated Operation & Precision Control

The TeraUV features automatic/electric door open and close for seamless "one key start" operation. The automated system completes the curing process and retrieves samples effortlessly. The 4.3-inch (110mm) touchscreen interface offers intuitive control, with adjustable curing times and four preset timer buttons.

Uniform Curing & Low Heat Generation

Equipped with upper and lower double-layer light sources, the TeraUV ensures even irradiation and uniform curing. The curing process is faster and generates low heat, with a maximum temperature of less than 90°C (194°F) and a sample temperature of less than 60°C (140°F). The dual fan cooling system enhances efficiency. Optional air extraction and purification prevent unpleasant odors, making the TeraUV ideal for high-quality, efficient sample preparation in any laboratory.
