Who can apply to become a Selectum dealer?

The program is open to any registered U.S. business — resellers, distributors, integrators, contractors, and institutions. You'll need a valid Federal Tax ID and a verifiable business address to apply.

How long does dealer approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. We'll contact you by email once your account is approved or if we need anything additional from you.

Is there a minimum order requirement for Selectum dealers?

No minimum order is required. Once approved, you can order any quantity at any time through your dealer account.

What payment terms are available for dealers?

We accept credit and debit cards, ACH, wire transfer, and check for all dealers. Net 30 terms are available to qualified accounts following a credit review. To apply for Net 30, complete the bank and trade references form included in the application.

Do Selectum dealers need to pay sales tax?

If you hold a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate, you can upload it with your application and we'll waive sales tax on qualifying orders. We currently collect sales tax in CA, NY, TX, FL, and IL for accounts without a certificate on file.

Are products sold by Selectum covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Yes. Selectum is an authorized distributor for every brand we carry, so all products include the full manufacturer warranty. Your customers are covered exactly as they would be buying direct.
