Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@selectumllc.com as soon as possible with your order number and reason. We don't accept verbal cancellation requests — everything must be in writing.
Before Shipment
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll try to cancel it and issue a full refund. We process orders quickly, so even a prompt request isn't always guaranteed. Contact us without delay if cancellation is time-sensitive.
After Shipment
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can't be canceled. Accept the delivery — do not refuse it. Refused shipments on non-damaged, non-defective items are treated as unauthorized returns and are subject to round-trip shipping charges and a restocking fee. If you no longer want the item, accept delivery and then start a return under our Return Policy.
Non-Cancelable Orders
The following cannot be canceled once processing has begun:
- Special-order, built-to-order, or custom-made items.
- Items already committed to or sourced from a manufacturer.
- Products marked non-cancelable on the product listing or order documentation.
Where a cancellation fee applies, we'll tell you before confirming. Fees may include up to 20% of the order value plus any costs already incurred.
Refunds
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel any order at any time for any reason — including pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance concerns — with notice to you. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
