Cancellations

At Selectum, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to cancel an order. We have therefore created the following cancellation policy to make this process as easy as possible:

Cancellation before shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can do so by contacting our customer service team. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation after shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may still do so. However, we may not be able to stop the delivery process. In this case, you will need to wait until you receive the order and then follow our return policy.

Please make sure not to refuse the package at time of delivery. If you refuse delivery instead of requesting an RMA and following our return policy, the shipment will be considered an unauthorized return.

Exceptions:

  • There are some items that are not eligible for cancellation or return. These include:
  • Custom-made or personalized products, built-to-order items
  • Digital products, such as software or downloads
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
