Return Policy
At Selectum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your order. If for any reason the item does not meet your needs or satisfaction, please contact us within 30 days for a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
It should be noted that the eligibility for return may not apply to all products. Certain items may only be returned for refund or exchange in the event of a defect. Please note the following list of products that cannot be returned:
- Products specifically labeled as "Non-Returnable" on the product listing page.
- Custom-made or special order items
- Items with visible wear and tear, damage, or signs of use
- Products lacking original packaging and/or missing parts or accessories
In order to qualify for a refund, please ensure that your return fits the following conditions:
30-day Limit
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to conditions & exclusions noted below. We are not responsible for paying for the return shipping
Return must be a in new condition
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition. Returned items should not show any evidence of use or wear, dirt, or blemishes of any kind. Items must be returned in their original packaging and should include all supplied materials: instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided.
Restocking Fee
All returns of products are subject to a restocking fee. Percentage of restocking fee may vary and depends on the manufacturer.
Product Inspection
Returned products are subject to inspection by the manufacturer/s to ensure that the above conditions are met. If the product is damaged in any way, the return is initiated after 30 calendar days have passed or is not in new condition, it may not be eligible for a refund
Missing Items or Wrong Items
Please contact us immediately if anything is missing from your order. Before reporting a missing item, please thoroughly check all of the packaging materials. Similarly, call us immediately if your order is not complete. We will review your complaint and ship out any missing products on a timely basis once we have researched your claim.
Defective Items
If any product you receive is defective please contact our Customer Service Department immediately to arrange for a replacement. In certain cases, we may ask you to send us photos to document the damage to the item. We will provide you with instructions as to what to do with the defective item.
Returns for products Damaged in Shipping
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit, we are here to help.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the damaged item and may ask for additional information to process your return.
Once we receive and approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to return the damaged product to us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the damage and process your refund or exchange as per our standard return policy.

Unauthorized Return
To ensure that we can continue to provide you with high-quality products and services, we have implemented an unauthorized return policy.
Unauthorized returns are defined as returns that are made without our prior approval or do not comply with our return policy guidelines. If an unauthorized return is received, we reserve the right to refuse the return, send the product back to you, and/or charge a restocking fee.

How do I return my purchase?
Contact Selectum via email (info@selectumllc.com) for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender at your expense. Please do not send any return product to us without prior approval and an RMA#.
I want to return my item. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Unless your item is defective, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.
Where is my refund? When will my credit appear on my account?
We process returns within 5 - 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Credits will appear on your account approximately 48 hours after we process your return.
Changes in Return Policy
Our Return Policy is subject to change or updates at any time without prior notice. Rest assured that the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will be applied, regardless of any subsequent revisions to our policy.
