  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or suspected security breach.
  • If you order on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to our acceptance. An order confirmation or payment authorization is not final acceptance.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, ship the product, or otherwise begin fulfillment.
  • We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, availability changes, payment issues, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns.
  • If we don't accept your order, we'll notify you and refund any amounts already charged.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, taxes, and fees unless stated otherwise.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable shipping and taxes.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, checks, wire transfers, and Purchase Orders with pre-approved Net 30 terms. See our Payment Policy for details.
  • Orders paid by ACH, check, or wire transfer will not ship until payment clears. We may require alternative payment after a returned check or failed transfer.
  • We may adjust pricing at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics, and software — belongs to Selectum Store Corp or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our prior written consent.

Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable Products

Some products are designated as non-cancelable and non-returnable (NC/NR), including custom-made items, special-order products, manufacturer-direct drop-ships not eligible for return, and opened consumables. Check the product page before ordering. Once processing begins on NC/NR items, cancellation may not be possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selectum Store Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of this website or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the purchase price of the specific product involved.

Warranty Disclaimer

Apart from what a product's manufacturer expressly provides, Selectum makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Force Majeure

Selectum is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, war, pandemics, supply shortages, carrier failures, or government action.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Selectum Store Corp, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses — including attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the website, breach of these Terms, or misuse of any product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or any product transaction are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
