Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

Where We Ship

We ship to any valid physical address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: we use UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Ground transit typically takes 1–7 business days depending on destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders to the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). The minimum order amount for free shipping may vary.

Expedited Shipping: 3-Day Delivery via FedEx Express Saver or UPS 3 Day Select is available on most in-stock items to the contiguous U.S., subject to carrier availability and order cutoff times. Fees are calculated at checkout.

Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only. They don't include processing time, verification, assembly, calibration, or manufacturer lead time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days and ship within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment, subject to availability.
  • Some products need extra preparation before shipping — assembly, calibration, testing, or certification. Drop-shipped items are subject to the manufacturer's own lead times.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • For time-sensitive orders, contact us at info@selectumllc.com before ordering to confirm lead times.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level, and are shown at checkout.
  • If actual freight costs differ significantly from the checkout estimate, we'll contact you before shipping. You can approve the revised charge or cancel for a full refund.
  • Extra charges may apply for residential delivery, remote areas, liftgate service, inside delivery, or address corrections.
  • You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We're not liable for delays or added costs from incorrect addresses.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard ground shipping applies to qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. only.
  • Free shipping covers standard outbound delivery only — liftgate, inside delivery, residential surcharges, and special handling are not included.
  • If a free-shipping order is returned, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund.

Backorders

If an item is out of stock, we'll email you with an estimated restock and ship date. If the delay is significant, you can cancel for a full refund at no penalty. We reserve the right to cancel orders with extended or uncertain lead times and will refund unshipped amounts.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track orders in your account at selectumllc.com. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, first check all delivery spots at your address — porch, garage, side door, parcel lockers — and check with others at your location.
  • Still can't find it? Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If that doesn't resolve it, email us at info@selectumllc.com. Reporting an undelivered order is your responsibility.
  • Carriers have a 60-day window to investigate a lost package. If you don't contact us within 60 days of shipment, we may be unable to file a claim. Contact us promptly.
  • We're not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery to the address you provided.

Freight and Oversized Items

Oversized and overweight items ship by freight truck (LTL). All freight deliveries need either a loading dock or liftgate service — if you don't have a dock, liftgate is required.

Delivery options for freight orders:

  • Outside Delivery: item is offloaded and left at the curb or entrance. You're responsible for moving it inside.
  • Liftgate: the truck uses a liftgate to lower the item to ground level. Required when no dock is present. Extra charge applies.
  • Inside Delivery: the delivery team brings the item inside your building. Extra charge applies.
  • Loading Dock: truck backs up to your dock and transfers the item. No liftgate charge needed.

The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery. You or a representative must be present to sign. Freight deliveries typically take 7–10 business days.

Inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage, shortages, or missing items on the Bill of Lading before you sign. Failure to do so may limit your ability to file a freight claim. Report concealed damage within 2 business days of delivery.

Pick-Up and Storage

Local pick-up may be available on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged before purchase. We offer 14 days of free storage from the estimated pick-up date. After that, a storage fee of $50 per week for parcel orders or $100 per week for LTL applies. Orders not collected within 30 days of the estimated pick-up date are considered abandoned, canceled, and subject to applicable storage and restocking fees.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We ship to military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited services are not available for these addresses. All shipments to U.S. military addresses are subject to U.S. Export Control Laws.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations. Rates are calculated by contacting us. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with destination-country requirements. We're not liable for customs delays or additional border costs.

Hazardous Materials

We don't ship hazardous materials. Orders containing restricted items will be canceled and refunded. Any carrier charges for special handling are the customer's responsibility.
