Domestic Shipping:

We offer domestic shipping across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders may be processed for a shipment only to a valid physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping via a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery via the regular Ground shipping method, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: For customers who require faster shipping, we offer expedited shipping options such as 3 Day Delivery. Your order will be dispatched via expedited 3-day delivery shipping methods. Please note that expedited shipping is subject to carrier availability and is not available for all products.
    Expedited delivery is only available within the contiguous United States.

We cannot guarantee same-day shipping or pick up for every product due to various reasons, such as additional handling requirements (such as assembly, calibration, testing, or certification), drop-shipping from the manufacturer, out-of-stock situations, unexpected delays caused by severe weather conditions or other unforeseen events, and other similar circumstances.

To ensure that your order meets your desired timeline, we strongly suggest contacting us before placing your order. Our team can provide you with accurate information on the expected delivery timeline and any potential issues that may arise. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

Pick-Up and Storage:

We offer a convenient pick-up option for local customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person. Additionally, we offer storage options for customers who need to delay delivery for a specific date or time.

Shipping Rates & Charges:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping rate for your order during the checkout process.

Occasionally, our automated system may experience internal issues that result in inaccuracies when calculating shipping charges. In the event that the actual shipping cost is significantly lower than what was initially calculated, we will immediately issue a refund for the difference.

However, if the actual shipping cost is considerably higher than what was calculated by our system, one of our representatives will contact you to discuss the situation. We may request that you cover the difference fully or partially. We understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating, and we will do our best to work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Hazardous Materials:

We do not ship hazardous materials as it is prohibited by law.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for orders shipped within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) going to a single location. The minimum order amount for free shipping may vary from time to time. 

Shipment Processing Time:

We take pride in our efficient order processing and shipping procedures. Typically, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the availability of stock. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary and additional transit days may be required. It is important to note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

While we strive to provide same-day shipping and pick-up for all orders, some products may require additional handling before shipping, such as assembly, calibration, testing, or certification. Additionally, some products may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer, or we may experience inventory shortages or unforeseen delays, such as severe weather conditions. We recommend that you contact us before placing your order to confirm the expected delivery timeline and ensure that we are able to meet your deadlines.

In the event that an item is on backorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. We will notify you via email if the merchandise is out of stock and provide an estimated date for when we expect our shipment to arrive. If the merchandise is significantly delayed, we will offer you the option to cancel your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order's delivery status.

Missing Package:

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. While we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you believe that your package is missing, please follow these instructions:

  • Check your tracking information: The first step is to check your tracking information to see if there are any updates or notifications regarding the delivery of your package. You can find your tracking information in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.
  • Contact the carrier: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery. They may be able to provide additional information or investigate the issue further.
  • Check with neighbors: If you live in an apartment building or a community with shared mailboxes, it is possible that your package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they may have received your package by accident.
  • Contact us: If you have followed the steps above and are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with you to investigate the issue and determine the best course of action.

Please note that if your package is lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any undelivered orders. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. However, if your package was delivered to the address provided during checkout, we are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur after delivery.

Please keep in mind that carriers typically have specific protocols and timeframes for investigating missing packages. Carriers have a liability period of 60 days during which the shipper can initiate an investigation in case a package is lost. If we do not receive any communication from the customer regarding an undelivered order within 60 days after the shipment date, we reserve the right to decline any claim made by the customer as the carrier will not be able to provide any information about the delivery process after this period. Therefore, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:

We offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard shipping times and the order will be dispatch via USPS only.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates may vary and customs fees and taxes may apply. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
