PACE Technologies FEMTO-1500S Individual / Central Force Autopolishing Head

The FEMTO-S Metallographic Automated Polishing System is designed to optimize the process of metallographic sample preparation. With its advanced features and user-friendly design, the FEMTO-S will significantly boost your lab's productivity and efficiency. The FEMTO-S can be installed at the factory or as a future upgrade for any of NANO-S grinder polishers. The FEMTO-1500S is offered in two polishing modes: Individual Force and Central Force, providing versatility to meet a wide range of polishing requirements. The Individual Force mode allows for independent control of the applied force on each specimen, ensuring uniform and consistent results. In the Central Force mode, the polishing head applies force evenly to all specimens, streamlining the process for batch polishing.

With its variable speed head, the FEMTO-S enables precise control of the polishing speed. This feature allows users to tailor the polishing parameters to match the specific material properties and achieve the desired surface finish. The intuitive user-friendly interface makes it easy to operate even for users with minimal experience.

FEMTO-1500S is a dual-mode autopolishing head with both individual (1-6 samples) and central force (3-6 samples) options. Pairs with NANO-1000S/2000S polishers at up to 300 rpm.
