The HSC Series (Handheld Sensors with Cable) is the ideal solution for temperature measurement in the food industry. They are constructed with a polymer handle for easy handling, can be washed, and have excellent penetration impact resistance. The skewer rod is made of stainless steel, and does not contaminate the food (medium) to be measured. These sensors can be easily connected to any measuring instrument through a Miniature Thermocouple (MMK) connector. They can be supplied with ILAC certificate.
