TxMini-M12-485 is a compact temperature transmitter for internal assembly on the output of Pt100 resistance temperature sensors. It is composed of an encapsulated electronic circuit and a M12 connection for power supply. When using Modbus RTU commands, their configuration can be performed via RS485 interface. The SigNow software and app allows you to configure all features of the transmitter, as well as perform diagnostics. It is also possible to use another supervisory software to configure and read the information provided by the transmitter.

This advanced version features RS485 Modbus RTU communication instead of analog output, providing digital temperature data for modern automation systems. The 100 mm stainless steel probe with 1/2" BSP thread houses a Class A Pt100 sensor connected to a digital transmitter that communicates via Modbus RTU protocol. This digital approach eliminates signal conversion errors, allows multiple sensors on a single network, and enables advanced diagnostics and configuration. The RS485 interface supports multi-drop networks where up to 32 devices can share a single cable run, significantly reducing wiring costs in large installations. Ideal for integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT platforms, this digital transmitter provides higher accuracy and more information than traditional analog sensors.
