Mitutoyo 64PKA056A 2-Axis Lathe System Package, 14x60" (AT116 Slim Glass Scale, AT715 Slim Electromagnetic)

The Mitutoyo KA-200 DRO 2-axis lathe system with two different types of linear scales retrofits onto manual lathe machines for precision displacement on the X- and Z-axes.

The Mitutoyo 2-axis retrofit lathe package utilizes a KA-200 digital readout with slim linear scales in many different X- and Z-axis travel lengths on manual milling machines. The KA-200 features ABSOLUTE and incremental modes with nine presets each. The Z-axis uses an AT715 electromagnetic linear scale. The AT116 slim spar type glass linear scale handles the X-axis displacement.

• Includes KA-200 digital counter, AT715 Z-axis scale, AT116 X-axis scale, bracket kit, counter stand, counter tray and extension cable in kits with 60-in. X-axis and longer
• KA-200 counter can output RS-232C data to a PC, printer or PLC using an optional code out unit (#09AET993)
• The ABSOLUTE scale on the AT715 linear scale eliminates the need for origin resetting for faster, more accurate displacement measurements
• IP67 rating on AT715 linear scale fully protects linear scale from water and oil contamination
