The ST1300 series delivers high-speed, high-resolution positioning capabilities with a choice of tension or double-sided tape mounting.

The high-speed, high-resolution capabilities offer the ability to withstand contamination which makes the ST1300 linear scale ideal for semiconductor positioning. The scale's 12 m maximum effective length with 8-m/s max response speed provides accurate positioning on large-stage applications as well.
