The Mitutoyo Vernier Tube Thickness caliper includes a main scale which consists of a round bar and blade-type jaw constructed of hardened steel to take highly accurate wall thickness measurements of round pieces. The round bar allows the jaw to match the rounded contour of tubes and pipes for precise measurements.
