The Mitutoyo snap meters accept a variety of optional indicators, linear gages and LVDTs for fast, accurate outside dimension verification according to a preset dimension or tolerance.

The Mitutoyo snap meter gage utilizes a hardened steel spindle and anvil with carbide faces for precise, highly reliable outside dimension measurements. Many different types of dial or digital indicators attach to the spindle, allowing for GO/NG measurements on a wide variety of applications. The anvil trigger has a balanced spring and operates easily with a button on the anvil side of the frame. The retractable anvil allows for faster workpiece throughput without sacrificing accuracy.
