Mitutoyo 516-199 Series 516 Step Master, Step: 300, 100, 50, 20 um, Steel

The Mitutoyo Step Master provides four small increments in height to calibrate the Z-axis of optical instruments. The Step Master is constructed from an assembly of five highly accurate steel gage blocks. Each adjacent step is measured down to 0.01 µm by using an interferometer within the ±0.20µm allowance.
