Wine Refractometer - Wine Scales - Brix, Baume, Oechsle, KMW, & Actual Sugar Content of Grape Juice or Grape Must - MISCO VINO1 Refractometer
Need to measure Brix, Baume, Oechsle, KMW, and Actual Sugar Content (grams/Liter) of grape juice and grape must? The Palm Abbe digital wine refractometer was developed specifically for the international wine industry and professional viticulturists. It is ideal for vineyards and wineries where quality and the highest precision are demanded.
Measure Brix, Baume, Oechsle, KMW, and the Actual Sugar Content (grams/Liter) of grape juice and grape must.
The VINO1 Digital Wine Refractometer is equally at home in the vinyard or winery. This handheld instrument will display a total of five different international wine units of measure, including: Brix concentration, Baume, Oechsle, KMW, and the Actual Sugar Content (grams/Liter) of grape juice and grape must. Measurements are made with precision comparable to mid-range bench-top refractometers costing thousands of dollars more.
This refractometer was designed specifically for the international wine industry and professional viticulturists. It represents one of the most complete compilation of international wine scales ever assembled in a single refractometer. Prompts and displays can be set to read in English, Spanish, French, German, or Russian. This is an indispensable tool that the vineyard manager or professional winemaker simply can't afford to be without.
Easy-to-Use
The Palm Abbe wine refractometer is fast, convenient, and easy to use. Simply place a few drops of juice from the grape, or grape must, into the stainless-steel well and press a button. The custom-designed microprocessor delivers a nearly instantaneous readout in degrees Brix or sugar content in grams per Liter. Nonlinear temperature compensation is automatic and insures that fluids read between 0 and 50 °C (+32 to 122 °F) are measured accurately.
The large dual-line LCD display is easily read, even in dim light, and removes the subjectivity associated with interpreting where a boundary line crosses tiny scale divisions. And, it is so easy to use! The user interface consists of two buttons, one to take readings and the other to step through various menu options.
Calibration is automatic and does not require the use of special calibration solutions, or tools. The Palm Abbe wine refractometer automatically calibrates itself to water and is ready to use in seconds. No more screws to turn and nothing to adjust.
Measurements and prompts on the digital wine refractometer may be displayed in English, Spanish, French, German, or Russian. This fourth-generation digital refractometer puts laboratory precision in the palm of your hand. Not just laboratory precision, but laboratory precision for the price of a traditional analog refractometer.
