EXAIR's 1/2 NPT HollowStream™ Cone Nozzle, with a circular ring spray pattern, are among the most common type of spray nozzle. Hollow cone spray nozzle is applied to solve cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression applications throughout industry with less liquid than their full cone counterparts. This design is vaneless, which creates wide open internal features to resist clogging and can work well with liquids containing particulate. This produce a uniform distribution in a hollow cone ring pattern. This right-angle design is compact and operates up to 250 PSI liquid pressure. This is commonly used with liquids like water, rinse aids or detergents but are also effective with chemicals, pesticides and herbicides. Adjustment of the liquid flow rate is done by varying liquid pressure.

  • Type 303 Stainless Steel -EXAIR's Liquid Atomizing Nozzle is constructed with Type 303 stainless steel, which can resist high temperatures and corrosive environments. This is designed for environments with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C).
• With this nozzle, the atomizing fluid is supplied into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within the vortex chamber. Depending on the geometry of the liquid cap this nozzle will produce a full cone or hollow cone liquid spray pattern as it exits the orifice at a controlled spray angle.
