Exair ATEX4640SS Stainless Steel 2.800 Btu/hr ATEX Cabinet Cooler

The Stainless Steel ATEX Cabinet Cooler is engineered and approved for use on purged electrical enclosures found within classified areas. The approved areas are Zones 2 and 22. This ATEX Cabinet Cooler System has been tested by UL and meets the stringent ATEX requirements for these areas. It is a low-cost and reliable way to cool purged electric control panels in these environments.

The ATEX Cabinet Cooler is can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. It is available with a thermostat control or as a continuous operation system.

The Stainless Steel ATEX Cabinet Cooler incorporates a low-pressure relief valve that closes and seals when the cooler is not operating, maintaining the integrity of a NEMA 4X enclosure (dust-tight, oil-tight, splash-resistant, indoor/outdoor service, corrosion-resistant). This system includes a water-dirt filter separator to prevent water condensate and dirt from entering the enclosure and a cold air distribution kit to direct the air for circulation or onto hot spots.

The Cabinet Cooler is CE compliant. EXAIR's ATEX Cabinet Cooler System is not a purged and pressurized control system and should not be relied upon or used in place of a purged and pressurized controller. It is designed to be used in conjunction with a purged and pressurized control system.
