EXAIR's Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife Systems add the Model 7960 Gen4 Power Supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz). The Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife uses Standard Air Knife (30:1 air amplification) to deliver a sheet of ionized air to a charged surface. Air consumption and noise are somewhat higher than the Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife. The Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming or hazardous shocks are a problem. Production speeds, product quality and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically.
