Turbomolecular Pumps Mechanical
Turbomolecular pumps (TMPs) are kinetic vacuum pumps which operate using a very fast spinning rotor (usually rotating at between 24,000 and 90,000 RPM).
Features:
- Upper magnetic bearing - ensures clean vacuum, low power and low vibration.
- Optimised rotor designs - deliver high speeds and high compression.
- H = optimised rotor design for high light gas compression
- Integrated controller / electronics - offers direct I/O or serial control or can be connected to one of TAG or TIC controllers for easy systemisation.
- Fully user serviceable - oil cartridge and bearings can be changed in the field with minimal tooling.
- Inlet screen - supplied as standard
