Simple absorption column for rapid preparative separations with moderate resolution. Replaces 35/20 joints with grease-free #25 Ace-Thred™ connections for a pressure-tight o-ring compression seal. Eliminates joint clamps. Columns are epoxy coated to reduce the risk of a glass weakening scratch. This column has porosity B (70-100 micron) fritted disc.
