Viskon-Aire 865-006 20"W x 20"H Series 55 Intake Filter

The Viskon-Aire Series 55 self-seal panel filters are manufactured from high quality synthetic 2-ply polyester fibers. The media is progressively structured and the internal wire supports and heat sealed seams eliminate media flutter and particle migration. The internal steel wire frame is welded and springs into place with a force fit into the filter holding frame eliminating any air bypass around the filter. The media is treated with a proprietary PBT-32 tackification process that is applied by high pressure roller coating of the fibers downstream which will not migrate while capturing any paint damaging particles from dislodging downstream, regardless of the vibration typically found in industrial spraybooths. The Series 55 panel filter utilizes a perfect balance of efficiency and pressure drop to optimize performance over the life of the filter.
