The DC powered telescoping boom has all the benefits of the standard lifting boom, except now it has the capability of being powered. The DC powered design includes a power unit housed between the fork tubes and the outer boom. By using the hand held controls the boom can be extended or retracted. The hand held control connects to the power of the unit via a pigtail cord.
