The portable Hydraulic drum carrier/rotator/boom allows one person to lift, transport, and dispense fully loaded steel drums with ease. It features a manual foot pump hydraulic lift and rolls on casters and wheels. The hand crank rotates the drum. This unit features a lifting boom attachment which stores on the outriggers.
