VEE GEE Scientific Brix Scale Hydrometers with °C Thermometer are calibrated to accurately measure the percentage of sucrose by weight at 20°C. These hydrometers use the Brix scale, where 1°Brix equals 1% sucrose by weight at a specified temperature. The integrated thermometer is located in the body and measures temperatures from 0 to 50°C with 1° subdivisions. A correction scale is printed opposite the thermometer for easy conversion of readings to 20°C. The safety blue liquid fill provides clear, visible temperature readings.
