BUC 1 316 Stainless Steel Bulkhead Union Compression Fitting 1" OD Tube Double Ferrule
Engineered for high-performance applications, this 316 stainless steel fitting combines corrosion resistance with exceptional durability. Designed to withstand pressures up to 1900 PSI at 72°F, it operates seamlessly across a broad temperature spectrum from -425°F to 600°F (-253°C to 315°C). The double ferrule system ensures a leak-tight seal, enhanced by a silver-plated nut (NTC) and a surface-hardened back ferrule (BFC) for long-term reliability.
Compatible with leading fitting systems such as Swagelok, Parker A-Lok, Let-Lock, and Yor-Lock, it is ideal for handling steam, air, water, oil, gasoline, natural gas, and most solvents or acidic fluids safe for 316SS. Rigorously tested to exceed tube failure limits under extreme pressure, this fitting guarantees robust performance in demanding industrial environments.
