Sklar 97-0531 Molt Periosteal Elevator #1
Sklar's® Double-Ended #1 Molt Periosteal Elevator is an oral instrument commonly used to retract soft tissue in dental procedures. It has a sharp, pointed, narrow end that is used to begin the process of lifting the mucoperiosteum and a slightly wider downward angled end that completes the tissue removal enough for bone exposure. Both one tip is thin and slightly curved and one is angled downward with a knurled oxagon handle.
