Sklar's® Hartmann Tonsil Punch Forceps are used for removing diseased or persistently over inflamed tonsils. Today, tonsillectomy is most commonly performed as part of sleep disordered breathing problems versus primary infection of the tonsils. If tonsils are repeatedly infected or inflamed and resistant to other treatments, complete removal may still be performed. This product has a straight 7mm/size 2 round, fenestrated tip. The overall length is 5-1/2 inches.
