The Sklar® Kuglen Iris Hook and Lens Manipulator is used primarily in cataract surgeries. The specialized tip of this hook allows the surgeon to utilize a push-pull pattern where the iris tissue and lens material can be pulled back, or retracted, and also pushed back into proper alignment as necessary. This product is straight with a cloverleaf tip and has an overall length of 4-1/2 inches.
