Sklar® LiteGrip™ Iris Tissue Forceps are most commonly used for grasping and handling tissue in ophthalmic procedures. The narrow tips, however, allow this instrument to be beneficial for use in other microsurgical procedures as well. Sklar® LiteGrip™ instruments feature a lightweight, fenestrated handle. They are particularly useful during lengthy procedures when fatigue may arise. The finger holes on the handle also allow grip adjustments as needed by the surgeon. Sklar® LiteGrip™ Iris Forceps are thumb forceps used for handling fine and delicate tissue and dressings, most commonly during ophthalmic procedures.
