Sklar's® Barraquer Needle Holder is used for holding needles in microsurgical and ophthalmic procedues where primarily fine needles are used. It has a spring handle, commonly with a slightly raised and rounded part that has a cross-serrated grip for improved control. It is available with or without a locking mechanism. This product has curved, delicate, 0.8mm jaws, with blunt tips. It has an overall length of 5-1/2 inches and does not have a locking mechanism.
