Sklar's® Castroviejo-Kalt Needle Holder is a multipurpose microsurgical instrument typically used during approximation and closure procedures. The handle of this needle holder varies from the double spring bow of the standard Castroviejo handle. The Castroviejo-Kalt handle is flat, but forms a triangular design with a thumb release. The jaws are still delicate and cross serrated. This product is straight with serrated tips and a length of 5-1/2 inches.
