Sklar 64-2235 Vitrectomy Scissors - Straight
Sklar® Vitrectomy Scissors are used during specialized ophthalmological procedures to correct vision problems that arise in the interior of the eye. Vitrectomy is the removal of the vitreous humor, a gel-like substance inside the eye, and can require removal for conditions such as a detached retina, macular degeneration, and diabetic vitreous hemorrhage. This product features a 20 gauge shank with straight sharp/sharp blades that open horizontally.
