Sklar 64-2230 Troutman-Katzin Corneal Transplant Scissors - Right
Sklar's® Troutman-Katzin Corneal Transplant Scissors are primarily used for cutting corneal tissue in Keratoplasty procedures. They are very similar to Katzin Corneal Transplant Scissors but feature an additional locking mechanism on the handle that is able to keep the lower blade from moving. Like the Katzin scissors, the blades are different lengths, and available curved right or curved left to maximize the precisin of cutting. The double spring handle is also fenestrated. This product has small blades, strongly curved to the right. It also features a stop to avoid damage to both the tissue and the instrument due to excessive pressure while cutting. The overall length is 4 inches.
