Sklar's® Kantrowitz thoracic forceps are ratcheted finger ring cardiovascular instruments used to clamp vessels or hold sutures. The angled curvature of the tips allows greater access to achieve hard to reach areas. These are similar to Mixter and Finochietto thoracic forceps, however, Kantrowitz commonly have finer serrations as well as only partially serrated jaws. Kantrowitz are available in different lengths.
