Sklar® LiteGrip™ Tungsten Carbide Adson-Brown Tissue Forceps are for holding and manipulating delicate tissues. These forceps have a wide, flat thumb grasp area that is commonly serrated. The jaws are short and the tips are narrow. TC instruments are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than other standard instruments. Sklar permanently bonds tungsten carbide inserts to the instrument, which maximizes control and precision. TC instruments are identified by gold handles. Sklar® LiteGrip™ instruments feature a lightweight, fenestrated handle. They are particularly useful during lengthy procedures when fatigue may arise. The finger holes on the handle also allow grip adjustments as needed by the surgeon. This product is straight with cross-serrated tips, 7x7 teeth, and a length of 4-3/4 inches.
