Sklar's® Cottle Elevator is a double-ended dissecting instrument frequently used in intranasal and pharyngeal procedures. This product has a flat, smooth, rectangular middle handle. Both tips are curved, blunt and smooth. One is rounded and the other is flatter. Both are used for pushing cartilage and exposing bone. Both ends have graduated centimeter markings from handle to tip. It is 9 inches long.
