Sklar's Cottle nasal (or septum) speculum are disigned for endoscopic nasal procedures. The cottle is available in different sizes for a variety of patient needs. This version does not have the self-retaining feature of a set-screw, but is also available with that modification. This product has a textured spring handle, like the Vienna and Beckman.
