Sklar's® Hajek mallet is a neurological instrument used in conjunction with chisels, osteotomes and gouges for splitting or chipping bone. A distinguishing feature of the Hajek, rather than a cylindrical head, this is a dumbell or bow style --slimmer in the center leading to flared ends. This is a lighter weight mallet, similar to the Strand and Partsch. This product is available individually, or as a component of our Basic Orthopedic Surgery Set # 98-1006.
