Sklar's® Synovectomy Rongeur is an orthopedic instrument used in synovectomy procedures, primarily to treat rheumatoid arthritis. This product is a non-ratcheted, finger ring instrument that uses a small, curved, scooping tip to remove synovium that has become inflamed or thickened and thus not providing the necessary lubrication to the small joints in hands or feet. This product has strongly curved jaws with 2mm tips. The overall length is 5 inches.
