Sklar's® double and single action wire and pin pullers are orthopedic tools designed to extract surgical pins - for example in knee arthroplasties - by applying torque pressure. The serrated jaws and tungsten carbide inserts ensure grip. TC instruments are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than other standard instruments. Sklar permanently bonds tungsten carbide inserts to the instrument, which maximizes control and precision. TC instruments are identified by gold handles.
