Sklar's® Bakes Dilator is a single-ended instrument with a solid, bullet-shaped tip used to dilate and enlarge a duct. It is most commonly used to open the bile duct to allow bile to pass to the liver. The shaft of this instrument is thin, round, and maleable to improve movement within the duct. It has a standard, overall length of 8-3/4 to 9 inches with variable tip sizes. This product has a 5mm tip.
