Sklar's® Harvey suture wire cutting scissors are non-ratcheted, finger ring scissor used for cutting sutures in preparation for removal. Blades are much shorter than the shanks, and the jaws have one serrated saw edge. The angled parrot beak style, like the Sklar Edge TC wire cutting scissors, is more frequently used than the straight Harvey style.
