Sklarlite™ Sklarcut™ Iris Scissors are a lighter version of the standard Sklar Iris scissors that feature micro-serrations on one blade to reduce trauma when cutting both delicate and course tissue. A unique manufacturing process developed by Sklar shaves microns off standard pattern instruments while maintaining structural integrity and durability. This lightweight modification provides the surgeon with greater control and less fatigue. Sklarcut™ micro-serrations assist in securely holding the tissue during cutting and minimizes tissue from slipping so the most accurate and clean cuts can be made. Sklarcut™ scissors are identified by a single gold coated finger ring on the handle of the serrated blade. This product is curved with one micro-serrated edge blade, sharp tips, and an overall length of 4-1/2 inches.
