Sklar's® Alm Self-Retaining Retractor is an orthopedic instrument commonly used for soft tissue retraction in small bone and joint procedures. It has a thumb screw which opens and locks the arms into place. The arms feature outward curving prongs to hold the tissue securely. This product is straight with 4X4 blunt prongs, and a length of 2-3/4 inches.
