Sklar's® Miller-Senn Double-Ended Retractor, which may also simply be known as a Senn retractor, is a handheld retractor with one L-shaped Moberg blade and one three pronged end that face opposite directions. The solid blade end measures approximately 5mm x 18mm and the prong end measures 7mm x 18mm. The prongs are available sharp or blunt. This retractor is often used for holding open tissue or muscle in small surgical sites. This product has sharp prongs and is 6 inches long overall.
