Sklar Edge™ Tungsten Carbide Z-Type parametrium scissors are a non-ratcheted finger ring OB/GYN instrument used for cutting parametrium tissue, also known as cervical stroma, in vaginal hysterectomy procedures. Z-Type parametrium scissors are available in multiple lengths with various curvatures so as to compliment the size and curvature of Z-Type hysterectomy forceps. This is so the two instruments can be used in conjunction with one another without blocking the view of the physician. Sklar Edge™ Tungsten Carbide scissors, identified by two gold coated finger rings, provide an exceptionally durable and hard cutting edge. These scissors are designed to stay sharp for a significantly longer period of time than standard scissors.
