Sklarcut™ Fomon lateral scissors are used in rhinoplasty procedures. The long curved blade facilitates access to the lower lateral nasal surface. Sklarcut™ scissors feature micro-serrations on one blade to reduce trauma when cutting both delicate and course tissue. These serrations assist in securely holding the tissue during cutting and minimizes tissue from slipping so the most accurate and clean cuts can be made. Sklarcut™ scissors are identified by a single gold coated finger ring on the handle of the serrated blade.
