Sklar's® Unna comedone extractor is a dermal instrument used to treat facial blemishes. This double-ended instrument has two oval, spoon shaped ends with small round holes specifically designed for extraction, unlike the Schamberg with it's larger rectangular fenestrations. Gentle pressure is applied to the appropriate end when the round opening is placed around the blemish, and the instrument assists in forcing the debris causing the blemish out from under your skin. The Unna is available in premium OR grade, and office physician grade.
