Sklar's® Scalpel Handle #3XL is longer and thinner than handle #3L. It is compatible with size 10 series disposable blades (10, 11, 12, 15) and used for sharp dissection. This handle has horizontal serrations near the blade end and diagonal serrations at the opposite end for thumb and forefinger gripping.
