Pro Flow Dynamics F150-PP 1-1/2" Male Camlock & Groove x 1-1/2" Male NPT Thread, Type F, Polypropylene

The Type F adapter is ordinarily used with a Type B coupler. However, this Type F adapter can also be used with a type C or Type D coupler as well as a Type DC (Dust Cap) of matching size.

Uses:

• Used to install a Male Adapter into a Female Thread.
• Used to connect with a Female Coupler of the same size.

Compatibility:

• Recommended to be used with other Polypropylene, Plastic, PVC and Banjo Camlocks.
• Generally not used with other metal fittings, although they will couple.
• Metal Male Threads can damage plastic fittings, since they expand the fitting from the inside.
• Metal Female Threads are more suitable to use, since they wont crack plastic fittings.

Installation:

• Thread the Male NPT portion of the plastic pipe fitting onto a Female NPT Thread.
• Then insert the Type F Adapter into a Female Coupler and close the two cam lever arms.
• For a quick disconnect, open the cam handles and remove the adapter.
